Is CultureCon Sydney worth it?
CultureCon Sydney is worth $695 + GST if you set or influence culture in your organisation and want one focused day on burnout, AI and culture governance. It is one day, so it will not replace a multi-day expo or hands-on training. Here is how to decide:
- Go if you lead HR, people or an executive team and want a current view on culture governance and burnout.
- Go if you are working out how AI changes culture and want to hear from practitioners.
- Go as a group if three or more of you can attend, because the team rate lowers the cost per person.
- Skip it if you need hands-on training, a vendor exhibition or several days of networking.
Hoogly will be there. If your question is how to hear what your people really think and act on it in days, not months, come and find us.
How much does CultureCon Sydney 2026 cost?

Is there food and drink at CultureCon Sydney?
Lunch and refreshments are included in the ticket, and the organiser says all dietary requirements are catered for. We could not find a published evening or drinks reception, so confirm with the Culture Institute of Australia before you plan around one.
Is there good coffee at CultureCon Sydney?
Refreshments are included in your ticket, but the organiser does not say what is in the coffee cup. Australians take coffee seriously, so a bad flat white at a Sydney event would be a scandal, and yet conference coffee has a way of finding exceptions. If you cannot find a decent one, come and find the Hoogly team and we will see what we can do. Mohit has been known to help a stranger with a coffee.
