How much can I earn?

For simple referrals, you can earn 10% of the first-year contract value when your referred organisation becomes a paying Hoogly customer. Approved partners may be eligible to earn 10% of year one, plus 5% of renewal value in years two and three for eligible referred customers. Strategic partnerships are agreed separately.

Can I become a partner straight away?

Most people start with a simple referral. Partner status is available after one successful paid referral, or by Hoogly approval if you have a relevant advisory practice, community, client base or strategic network.

Why is the partner pathway different from a simple referral?

A simple referral is for one-off introductions and is open to everyone. The partner pathway is for people who actively and repeatedly recommend Hoogly, use approved materials, and help create qualified opportunities over time.

When do I get paid?

Referral rewards are paid when your referred organisation becomes a paying Hoogly customer. The exact reward or revenue share depends on the type of referral, partnership pathway and commercial agreement in place.

What happens after I make a referral?

We'll review the referral, confirm the best next step, and either ask for a warm introduction or reach out directly if you have permission to share their details. We'll keep you updated as the conversation progresses.

Yes. Referral rewards apply to eligible referred customers and are subject to Hoogly's referral and partner terms. This helps us manage situations such as duplicate introductions, existing pipeline conversations, unpaid trials, or customers already known to Hoogly.
