Getting started
This guide provides a quick overview for employees on how to sign in, complete a Pulse, and view your personal results.
1. Signing in
Section titled “1. Signing in”You will receive a link to start your Hoogly Pulse. You can sign in using the method your organisation has enabled:
- Google or Microsoft: Click the relevant button to sign in with your work account.
- Phone: Enter your phone number to receive a secure sign-in code.

2. Taking a pulse
Section titled “2. Taking a pulse”Once you’ve signed in, our AI coach, Venn, will guide you through a confidential conversation about your experience at work.
- The conversation is designed to be thoughtful and take about 5-10 minutes.
- You can skip any questions you’re not comfortable with.
- Your individual comments are never shared with your leaders.

3. Viewing your results
Section titled “3. Viewing your results”A few minutes after you complete your Pulse, you can view your personal results and insights. You won’t be notified, but you can access them directly in Hoogly to see:
- Your engagement score.
- A summary of your conversation with Venn.
- Opportunities to dive deeper into specific topics with Venn for private coaching.
After the Pulse period closes, your team’s leadership will be able to see aggregated, anonymous results to help them identify themes and create action plans.
