How to filter your results

From the main dashboard, you can use the dropdown menus to filter the results by team or other attributes. This allows you to:

• Identify localised issues: See if a particular challenge is affecting one team more than others.
• Recognise successes: Discover what’s working well in a specific team and share those learnings with the wider organisation.

Anonymity threshold

To protect the privacy of your team members, you won’t be able to see a specific team’s results if there are fewer than five people in that team. This ensures that no individual can be identified from the feedback.
