Hoogly is built on privacy-first principles. Every pulse runs in Incognito Mode—much like a private browser window. While Hoogly securely stores user responses, personally identifiable information is not displayed to HR teams or managers, and our AI models do not have access to your name. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. To further protect anonymity, results are only displayed when at least five responses are aggregated, and access is restricted to authorised managers or admins. Our AI also redacts sensitive words and replaces real names with pseudonyms, ensuring individual voices remain protected while the organisation receives clear, actionable insights.
